Absolutely awful. We booked months ago. We get a room by the elevators overlooking a roof and the train. No vanity in the bathroom. An uncomfortable bed. A cheap shower. ONE towel. No wardrobe so ironing bird and iron is propped against the wall. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Appaling.

And the smell in the hotel lobby is awesome, wish I could have it in my front room! Also were lucky enough to gain early check in and it really helped the time factor on our trip. The nearest Metromover is 5 mins walk away.
Happy hour is also on the rooftop bar, worth going between 4-7pm and a nice way to chill out , even if a wee bit windy. Also there is Public store very nearby!

The breakfast was beyond incredible—delicious, fresh, and way better than I ever expected! Bella and Lorena made our morning even better with their kindness and outstanding service.
