Beach staff were wonderful!! Malik was very attentive & sociable! Gave us recommendations for day trip Little Havana. Luis knew our preferences & was ready to set up chairs & towels as soon as he saw us each day. They made our four day trip perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

This is our third time staying here. Amazing experience every time for me and my 6 year old child. Restaurants are the best. Pool and beach are wonderful. You have everything you need. English always took such good care of us by the pool. It is such amazing pool side service.

Great experience and service with Tomas on the beach service. Attentive and very pleasant always. Beautiful place inside and out. The grounds are clean, the pools are large and the staff is very professional and friendly. Not cheap but the best place to stay in Miami

Excellent service for long weekend! English and Victoria were absolutely amazing. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. The extra touches that both English and Victoria provided the 4 days we were at the pool were above and beyond. Can’t thank them both enough for ensuring we had an amazing time!
