An inspiring oceanfront beach retreat, the Royal Palm offers modern, vibrant living whilst keeping intact many signature elements of the original Art Deco design. Rooms are gorgeous, with stunning city or ocean views, rich linen robes to relax in and organic bath products. When you’re not out and about sightseeing or strutting your stuff down at the beach, relax by one of the two pools, a cocktail in one hand, a good book in the other. There are restaurants all around you but for good eats you don't need to leave the hotel. From casual poolside dining at the Grove to the exciting flavours of the Middle East at Byblos - there's something to suit all tastes. Palm Island Bar is great for a sundowner, particularly at the weekend with the live DJ music to groove to.

Elizabeth at the check-in counter is the epitome of customer service! She was energetic, smiley, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience - gave us an unforgettable room to make our one night stay special. We’ll be back

Great hospitality and service! Valentina was amazing and took great care of us. Sje took care of every need and went above and beyond. The room had a great view of South Beach and the beach and city. The room was perfect! We can't wait to return.

Overall, staff was kind and attentive, especially at the bar, beach and breakfast restaurant. However, there was an incident where a toxic cleaning detergent or substance was left in one of the free water bottles provided by the hotel. My friend ended up drinking this, obviously not thinking anything of it, got very sick to the point where paramedics had to be called and we had to miss our flight home. The hotel's assistant manager Lucia Rosa handled it very poorly - denied any culpability and did not offer any compensation. Luckily my friend is okay now, however, I worry how this negligent response could have affected my friend's health, had this been a more toxic substance. This happened January 6. It’s now January 24 and we’ve yet to hear any response from them.

Royal Palm Hotel Saturday Morning Beach Yoga
Jan 25, 2025Jeana O
I was in Miami Beach for work end of January and saw the sign the hotel elevators for complimentary Saturday morning yoga at 9:30AM hosted by the Royal Palm. Instructor Mona Lisa was welcoming and encouraging while also being aware of our bodies in motion. Yoga on the beach in the sunshine was invigorating.

And the beach party Sunday at noon. Oh yeaa!! Breakfast was so filling We didn't eat again until dinner (snacks in between of course). Michelle checked us in out rooms. She is very sweet and knowledgeable about the area. She gave us a whole list of things to do and eateries to visit. Issac helped us out alot at the front desk as well. He was also very knowledgeable. Edwin was awesome at breakfast. Very attentive to our table and always had a smile on his face. This is so very lovely and relaxing resort. My husband and I enjoyed ourself so much we are returning back. We are over 50 so we don't do alot of parting and stuff. When we vacation we like to enjoy ourselves relax and unwind. I give them 5 stars!! Yes I'm late on my review but hopefully all 3 of these employees are still there and get recognize for their hospitality !!
