Standard Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Pool View Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Complimentary scheduled daily transport to Walt Disney World Resort. Any transportation to Walt Disney World Resort outside of the scheduled transfer times will be subject to additional charges.

Overall the hotel is nice but fairly dated inside - Since being home we have experienced issues with the hotel charging us incorrectly. Admitting they are at fault but unwilling to resolve the issue with only refunding part payment. Would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff especially the housekeeping and cafe staff were phenomenal. However it feels like this hotel was a renovation and it feels like lipstick on a pig. Small rooms very 1980’s hotel and aside from doors opening to inside hallways felt smaller than a motel 6. Bathrooms have wasted space and it felt like a poorly done accessibility room. Some free snacks if you are platinum or above but still a bit weak. Pool and hot tub seem like where the hotel spent most of its renovation budget. $25 to park - like you are anywhere near anything that they can’t give you free parking and then a resort fee but you can get $25 back per day if you spend it at the cafe or bar and charge to room. Just dumb attempt to make people spend money since the snacks and drinks are typically overpriced and while food is good still limited in selection. Just seems like you save some money on a cramped and mediocre room to get a decent pool and pay too much for parking and resort fees. Better to spring for a better hotel where perks are included. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel this past weekend, as well as an issue with an ABSURD incorrect charge on my account. When we checked into our first room, we found food on the floor and on the side of the bed, and the bathroom was soaked, including the shower area. We were moved to another room, and that room had cigarette burns on the bench and a flickering light bulb in the bathroom. The manager on duty assured us that someone would address the issue, but no one came to fix it, so we had to remove the light bulb ourselves. Additionally, the TV in the second room did not work, and when I called the front desk, I was told that the TVs were down hotel-wide, which turned out not to be the case as my mother, who was also staying at the hotel, had a functioning TV. We never were able to utilize the TV the entire stay. Overall, our experience was far from the resort-quality stay that is advertised and what we paid for. To make matters MUCH worse, we discovered this morning that our bank account was charged $7,347.35 for three bottles of milk purchased from the concession stand attached to the Starbucks, when the correct charge should have been $7.35. This has caused a significant overdraft, leaving our account with a negative balance. I am currently in the process of trying to resolve this, but it has been extremely frustrating working with your staff to correct this MAJOR error. I contacted the hotel this morning and was told by the manager (Yamaira) that accounting opened at 8:30 a.m., so I told her that I would call back at that time. When I did, I was informed that the supervisor Yamaira was in a meeting and only after escalating my request multiple times was I able to speak with her about the issue. The process of correcting this billing mistake has been incredibly difficult, and now we are not only dealing with the overdraft but also with penalty fees from our bank as a result of your staff’s error. Delta hotels Isa great place to stay, rooms are clean, the location is great if you want to go to Disney parks. There're a lots things to do in the surroundings. It's close to old town and food trucks. There are free transportation to theme parks.

I actually don't want to call the hotel out for all the issues I had while staying at this property, as the hotel was trying to make it right. They changed my room (late at night) and gave me a certificate for a drink and breakfast. The next morning, I had several issues with the new room and I told them thanks but no thanks for the vouchers as I could not use them. They advised me they could give me Bonvoy points instead. I was thrilled with that. Well, 5 weeks later and several follow-ups and I still have not seen the points awarded. Disappointing as I was really giving them the benefit of the doubt. Read less
