Pool View Rooms have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

The hotel lacks customer service. I tried to use my Marriott gift card and was given the run around by two managers. It’s been a week and my credit card has not been refunded. The hotel lacks customer service. I tried to use my Marriott gift card and was given the run around by two managers. It’s been a week and my credit card has not been refunded. I also complained to Marriott corporate but no help there. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to the front desk staff. They have stopped responding to emails requesting a final bill copy. When you call to ask for a manager there standard line is that the manager is in a meeting. They offered some bonus points but still no refund yet. Beware of this property as they treat their guests terribly. The pool was always crowded and the pool bar smelled of stale alcohol. The hot tubs had foam coming out and were not cleaned. They have a far tower they will put you in with no luggage service. I was dragging in two big bags. I would not stay here again Read less

This was our second time visiting this property. The first time was two years ago, and both times were fantastic. The staff, specifically front desk, are always very welcoming and accommodating. Food / beverage / bar options are available until late into the night and the menu is great, as well as reasonably priced. The rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but they’re very clean and comfortable and have all you need. There are 3 resident cats on the property that have been there for years - Kimber (the only girl, Siamese), Smoky (grey and white boy), and Bandit (black boy). They don’t like to be touched or held, but if you bring food and water to the fence by the pool bar after closing time, they’re always out and waiting for a snack once it’s quiet. To be honest, they were the determining factor as to why we returned to this property. We had hoped they were still there and we’d get to feed them again :) The only downside to both stays here were the additional fees. There is a daily parking fee and a daily resort fee that are due to be paid upon checkin. Because of these fees, the price of our stay was significantly higher than anticipated. However, we would, and will, most definitely stay again. Read less

It is a amazing hotel. We had a wonderful time. We absolutely loved it here so much so we are going back in May. All the staff were truly wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help in any way they could. I was so surprised at how lovely this hotel is. We can’t wait to go back.

But omg this hotel is perfect, stunning grounds, great swimming pools, reception is beautiful and smells amazing, rooms were clean, an our room had a perfect view for watching the local wildlife, amazing!! We usually book a villa when holidaying in Florida, BUT or minds have been completely changed now. We will be staying at this hotel from now on, really central for what we needed, Disney ten minutes along the road, great for old town and celebration!! Bottles of water in hotel room every day, plus coffee, clean towels, beds made!! A down stairs in the courtyard, our favourite place for a coffee!! Love it!! We didn't use many facilities as it was only a short stay, but if you have a car it's a great location; close to Disney and close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable! If I had any criticism it would be that housekeeping could sometimes be really late in the day, but that's such a minor problem (and a nice problem to have when many other resorts no longer have daily housekeeping) Read less
