The website advertises, the kitchen is for culinary enthusiast. They had one frying pan with no lid with a broken handle, no serving bowls, blender was broken, coffee pot was broken, can’t opener was broken, no baking dishes, and so much more that was missing. I had a difficult time fixing a basic dinner for seven people. I had to go shopping at the thrift store to restock the kitchen just so I could cook for us. The comment from staff and corporate was that was their basic set. I think they misrepresented on their website. The back of the condo was dirty, torn covers on the hot tub, and beds that I don’t believe for queen beds. I will not be going to idyllic again. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Read less

One would assume they were going to be having special for the Super Bowl watch. After passing several sports bars we came back to the resort to watch the game. We were told by the bartenders that they were not doing anything special due to the “boss saying we can’t have any specials”. They have at least 8 tvs and could only get the game on 3 of them and blamed the boss for that. Why go through the hassle of making flyers when you don’t plan on following through? Very disappointed! The townhouse was perfect. Large, comfortable and clean, containing everything we needed for our stay. The host team were friendly and always happy to help. I would not hesitate to recommend Regal Oaks to anyone planning a visit, and we would definitely not hesitate to book again.

We have stayed here before using Air B and B and not booking through them but this time we thought it was going to be more reasonably priced booking through them until they charge you over $250 in extra fees for two nights alone. We were charged a $150 cleaning fee for two nights and the hot tub had hair in it and cigarette ash. We also found cigarette butts on patio and one of mg daughters almost stepped on it and asked what it was. My husband and I do not like cigarettes at all and we’re with three small children. Also we were charged a resort fee of $54 and the pool is closed both days we’re here and they refused to drop it. We were charged an additional $30 for a pack and play for our baby. Also hot tub wasn’t even working at all and turned off when we went to use it at first and maintenance did fix it eventually for us. Read less

We are currently staying here. Area is decent; It is a very touristy area so expect a lot of traffic. Getting in through the front gates from Thurday-Sunday evening could take a while due to all of the folks checking in. Food is inedible. We had burgers and the burger patties tasted frostbitten. Would not recommend.
