The Sufari water park is an attraction in it’s own right, complete with water slides and a lazy river, and there's also a huge indoor entertainment centre with arcade games and glow in the dark mini golf - the kids won’t know where to start! Please note: full cleaning will be conducted every 5th day for guests staying 8 nights or more. There will be a rubbish collection every other day for guests staying 3 nights or more. We had a great time our servers Tarusha and Shavar did an amazing job very impressed with their service ! They are very quick with their service which I appreciate so much ! Over all they are amazing people and made my stay feel very welcoming !!!

This review is for the Grove Terraces. I was so disappointed as the hotel looked great online, had great reviews, my husband and I were traveling from California for a winter parks trip and really looking forward to our stay… The Room- Boring room, cheaply made with no where to put anything except a gray floor. In our initial room, the sink was falling out of the wall, if you put weight on it the sink would tear off and break, so we asked for a different room because we didn’t want to be held responsible for that. The door to our room was a scary hazard as it did not slow down to close but rather slammed shut. It almost knocked me out the first time! They provide a Kurig coffee machine but no actually coffee, you have to buy the pods in the lobby cafe haha. The Services- They don’t clean your room at all (apparently you have to pay extra for that service). We were given an embarrassingly poorly printed paper with what they do provide which said they clean out your garbage very 3 days and restock toiletries if you’re staying more than 3 nights. That never happened, they never cleaned our garbage or restocked anything. When I asked the lobby about this they said that was for guests staying at the The Grove Resort not the Terraces, WE have to put out our own garbage bins outside the room every 3 days. I asked why they didn’t tell us that and why they gave us a paper with instructions that didn’t apply to us…they shrugged and didn’t have an answer, said they may have given us the wrong piece of paper. 😑 Also this was annoying to me not sure about other people, but the phones in the 2 rooms did not call the front desk, they just played a recording and hung up. So any time I wanted to talk to someone at the front desk (which was often unfortunately) I had to go downstairs to the lobby. I told them about the phones not calling them and they didn’t seem to take it seriously only saying that, “Oh well they should work, must be a problem with just that one phone.” Whatever thanks for not helping with anything. Oh and one last thing, they tax your hotel fee for some reason on top of the already applied tax to your room stay and they automatically apply a parking fee without asking if you parked, so if you don’t have a car make sure to check that. Best land FlowRider experience I’ve had. Eric was so helpful and showed us the proper technique to ride better. Already planning our next visit. Be sure to ask for Eric if you need to learn how to ride. He’s a great rider and even better instructor.
