On World Center Drive, a 5-minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort and 15 minutes to Universal Studios. Driving time from Orlando International Airport: 20 minutes.

I had high hopes for my stay at Buena Vista Suites after having switched from a Marriott property, but unfortunately, it was disappointing in several key areas. The first room I was given had no working heat, leaving it at a frigid 55 degrees (felt like outside Florida in January). After waiting 45 minutes for maintenance and receiving dismissive responses from the front desk, I was moved to another room late at night. However, the second room wasn’t much better—the heat only reached room temperature, never warm, and the water in the bathroom never got hot throughout my entire four-night stay. Cleanliness was another issue. Toothpaste residue was left in the sink, hair in the shower, and there were stains on the shower curtain—clear signs the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I have photos to back this up. Parking was fine most nights, but on my last evening, I had to circle three or four times before finally finding a spot. While breakfast was laid out well, it was very basic and typical. I initially reached out via email to both the manager and another staff member, but no one responded. The only acknowledgment I received was from their Instagram social media team, who said someone would follow up, but that never happened. However, after completing their survey post-stay, management did respond and refunded the resort fee as well as a small credit toward my third-party booking. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn’t change the fact that my concerns were ignored during my stay, and I only received a response after submitting formal feedback. The biggest regret? Not booking at their sister property, Caribe Royale, which offers a much better experience. Buena Vista Suites has potential but needs major improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and responsiveness. I did really like their choice of art in the rooms though… Read less

Buena Vista Suites, was a wonderful experience . The hotel staff , amenities, breakfast and the bistro , the partnership with Caribe Royale, the cleanliness of the suites and entire property ! I was so pleased and it is worth every dollar . In fact , I can not believe the price point ! In my opinion should be higher !🧐 Kai

We’ve had the best experience at this hotel, my whole family enjoyed the installations, but specially we would like to recognize the hotel for their staff kindness, hospitality and amazing service! KUDOS for Alba Edith on the breakfast table who was able to help us!
