Kids Suite A has bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite B has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping maximum 2 adults and 4 children.

I got to the hotel at midnight after flying all day to find I had no room booked. I spent a lot of money already to come see my fiancé who I haven’t seen for a whole year because he works on the ships. I was at the front desk in tears and Ryan and Carol calmed me down and were so nice to me. They worked with me and made sure I had a room to stay in last night. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Carol even showed me where to book on my phone in the future to avoid scammers. Thank you both so much for your kindness. Read less

The entire time we have been here Lisa has been nothing but welcoming made us laugh and made our trip amazing I cannot big her up enough we love her so much she is amazing and cannot do enough for us she treats us like family and makes banging cocktails for us

Very pleasant gentleman tending the poolside bar, Rafael. He recommended one of the most delicious drinks on my trip :) The pool is open until 11, the drinks are yummy, and everyone is very friendly. I would come here again, the location is very convenient to Disney and conveniences like Walgreens.

We absolutely loved our bartender Lisa. She was so on top of our drink order! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Full stocked bar she has it all! Friendly service and a great atmosphere. When I come back to Orlando, I’m definitely coming back here. 5 stars!!!!

Our experience was great here, Lisa is a definite 12 at the tiki bar. She always knew exactly what I wanted before I got here. We need more people like her. Always had a smile on her face and laughed with us. She even helped me go get things that the restaurant forgot.
