496 apartments, from 8-15 floors, in 5 buildings all with lifts. 2-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 6 adults with a king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living area. All apartments have a balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 42" TV screen and TV's in all bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave and kettle; a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, safe, iron and board, en-suite facilities in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and a 2nd bathroom and hairdryer.

3-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 8 adults with king-size beds in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom with a double sleeper sofa in the living area.

No matter how many times I stay here I will never get tired of it. We got an updated 2/2. The new wood floor were a great touch and the new paint colors were perfect. I love how close to EVERYTHING this resort is. I can’t recommend staying here enough.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for my daughter's 18th birthday. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the carpet inside the room was soaked. We called the front desk and they sent up maintenance with a fan. Next the door to one of the bathrooms (which was a pocket door) broken so we called maintenance again and they sent someone who told us that they needed to tear down the wall to fix it which could take all week. The next day when my nephew was taking a shower, we noticed water in the wall which we discovered was the cause of the original wet floor so we could not use that shower. Florida was also experiencing a cold freeze which cause the heat to go out every night. When I called the front desk I was told that they were working on it. The heat would come on briefly and then go out again at night. After speaking to multiple people over multiple days, I was told that I would receive a refund for part of my trip which I did not receive. The employees should not be allowed to promise something that they cannot provide. The hotel is run down and falling apart and they are run by a bunch of incompetent employees. Read less

Extremely dated furniture, light fixtures, decor, appliances and TVs. No usb ports anywhere. Worse than dated is very worn furniture. Sofa cushions were so badly worn you were literally sitting onto of sofa bed frame. Stains on all furniture and carpet. Wood furniture beat up, many times in dishwasher completely gone. No baking pans or casserole dishes period. One frying pan, one pot. Master bedroom definitely has a leak somewhere as carpet nearest bathroom stayed wet entire time. Dryer heat extremely low - had to rerun 3 times on high to get small load dry. Found a bottle of partially drunk water in one bedroom nightstand drawer ( our 20 month year old discovered it / yuck!). Ceiling fan completely warped from high humidity (it’s Florida so it expected over time but should be replaced in resorts trying to sell club memberships). Plastic deck chairs. Building corridors dark a d dingy. Musty smell throughout. Read less
