Nataly checked us in and was a ball of energy offering us a great room with a view, understanding our needs and making herself available for my many questions! We purchased the breakfast package and the food was delicious! Because we were celebrating my friends birthday, the team made us a special mocktail to kick off the morning, brought over special birthday Mickey waffles and were superb! Iman was our server and she had the best customer service, knowing we were headed to the Disney park offering to fill up our water bottles with nice cold water and even a much needed to-go water cup! Definitely recommend this resort for families and friends!!! We are coming back to celebrate the next birthday!!!!

Kindest staff! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the beds are comfy but the staff made is what made it wonderful! Nataly at the front desk was amazing and Imane in the dinning area made our experience magical! Highly recommend staying here!

House keeper took the tip for NOTHING.
There were trash and leaves all over the floor, all the things they did was taking tip.
(No towel refill, No vacuum)
DO NOT leave a tip to House Cleaning when you staying in this hotel.
If you like to request house cleaning, call the front desk and let them do it in front of you.
