Our room was very very clean in courts village building 24 room 53 it was right across the street from the tennis courts and a pools and with in walking distance to 4 pools ,and the market store.Every pool also had a hot tub ,the main pool had the largest hot tub I've ever seen ,and the hot tubs were about 104 degrees real warm :) The 2 bedroom we stayed in was sleep 6 privacy 6 , it was very nice . Large screen tv in both bedrooms and ,living room was approx 55 inches. Ginger made check in a breeze very friendly and no pressure for sales presentation. Noticed that we were only given caffeine free coffee and had a little issue with internet 1 call to guest service and everything was taken care in a matter of minutes very very fast and courteous. We will definitely be coming back. P.S. The restaurant wasn't the greatest but alright , would recommend the Saltgrass Steak house yumm less then 5 minutes away.

Even with earplugs, I could hear every step of the people upstairs from us and every time a toilet flushed, it sounded like it was directly next to us. You could easily hear any conversations occurring outside as well, and all windows were closed. While the grounds were nice, don’t stay here if you’re a light sleeper and value sleep.

Went to the front desk at 6 pm and showed them video and pictures and they said they will have Engineer look at it, told them to text or call me if it is in fact mold, but no one came and look at it. Came back around 9:30 and called them that I never got a call or text and they said the order was never put in. They finally send an Engineer around 10 pm and the Engineer advise us to ask for another room/villa. I was not happy but I don't any other choice but to move a new room/villa at 11 pm.
