I had a unstressful stay at this budget-friendly Universal hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was great after long days at the parks. The pools were good, a nice way to relax, and the gym, though small, had the essentials. Let’s be honest, most people aren’t hitting the gym on vacation anyway. We were there during a hurricane, which was a bit nerve-wracking, especially for us Brits who aren’t used to that sort of thing. However, the hotel staff really came through—they checked on us daily and were kind and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. The hotel can get a bit noisy, especially with kids running around, but honestly, I was so exhausted most days that I just passed out without even noticing. The park transfers were quick and frequent, which made getting to and from the parks easy and stress-free. The dining options were better than expected—decent, quick, and not overpriced. I’d definitely recommend the pizza deal. Room service was also fast and convenient. A big plus for us was the mini-fridge in the room. We took advantage of it by stocking up on snacks and meals from Walmart, which saved a lot of money compared to eating at the parks all the time. Overall, it’s a great budget option if you're looking for convenience and decent amenities without breaking the bank. Would stay here again. ✨Remember you’ll be in the parks most of your stay, so you’re hardly in the room. Try not to over complicate the accommodation side of your Universal/Disney trip. Read less

Awesome trip at a great family friendly hotel. Pool is a nice size with life guards always on duty. The hotel makes you feel secure and safe. Kids meals are Pier 8 market are a great value. Mariana at the front desk was the best and made our trip the best vacation my kids have had!

The young woman on the check-in counter must have been having a bad day and took it out on us. We asked a few questions, and the facial attitude we got pretty much gave us the answers we needed...go elsewhere. It's too bad really. We don't go away too often, but when we do, it is always nice to get back the respect that provide every single day to the communities that we serve. We kept to ourselves the rest of the trip after we felt unwelcomed. Read less

I was fortunate to stay on the 14th floor of Tower 2, which offered a great view. The bathrooms were spotless, with daily housekeeping maintaining high standards. While the hotel has a constant flow of guests, giving it a busy, airport-like atmosphere, it offers excellent transport links to the Universal Parks and boasts outstanding facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando. Just be aware that the walls are quite thin, so some noise is inevitable, and the lifts can have long wait times. Read less

Wonderful staff and great accommodations. The only complaint are the very loud guests at all hours of the night slamming doors, running up and down the halls and not much done about it. The staff tried and were very understanding besides that a wonerful place.
