Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park – ‘tons of fun’ is just the tip of the iceberg
What’s better than one Disney Water Park? Two of them! Disney’sBlizzard Beach Water Park in Florida is the sister Park of the nearby Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, but instead of a wind-ravaged tropical paradise, this Park’s innovative theme is a chilly one!
It’s part of the magnificent Walt Disney World Resort, so you know what to expect – fun, fun, and more fun.
Please note: Disneys Blizzard Beach water park is temporarily unavailable due to imagineering. Disneys Typhoon Lagoon water park remains open!
There’s plenty of place to stop and recharge your batteries:
Frostbite Freddy’s Frozen Freshments – this counter-service eatery delivers when it comes to tasty treats. The Orange Swirl Cone is tangy, while the kids will love the cheesy nachos.
Mini Donuts – What’s better than doughnuts? Lots of mini doughnuts that are perfect for little fingers and rumbly tums.
Lottawatta Lodge – Complete with skis and a bit of yodel-ay-hee-hoo, this Alpine ski lodge serves up a mouth-watering selection of speciality burgers, chicken dishes, chefs salads and much more.
Avalunch – Try some speciality hot dogs and other tasty snacks including salads
