Just like Disney’s classic fairy tales, this Disney Deluxe Villa Resort is inspired by the enchanting villages and romantic castles of Europe, with grand fountains, elegant socialising spaces, waterfront gardens, and rooftop dining that has the feel of a cliffside restaurant in Italy or the French Riviera. The self-catering studios and villas at Disney’s Riviera Resort let you mix days of park-hopping (with the Disney Skyliner Transportation giving you a bird’s eye view as it whisks you to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios) with days at the hotel’s relaxed Beau Soleil Pool or its fun family Riviera Pool, which features an interactive splash zone with a unique Fantasia spin.

As a Disney Vacation club member I have tried a number of the resorts. The room was great - with a very nice bathroom layout. My friend slept on the murphy bed and said it was really comfortable. The balcony was very nice. I did not know what to expect in a high-rise hotel, but it was super quiet. Perhaps it was the time of the year but…

The balcony was very nice. I did not know what to expect in a high-rise hotel, but it was super quiet. Perhaps it was the time of the year but the pool was quiet as well. Love that there is a pool for kids and one for adults. We also loved the location and took the skyliners to Hollywood Studios and Epcot - so fun and so convenient. I wish the skyliners went to Disney Springs. We did not eat in the restaurant but did get coffee and croissant from the cafe.

Brilliant stay in the Tower Suite

Just returned from a 2 week stay over Christmas in Riviera’s Tower Suite using DVC points. I was a little apprehensive given some negative reviews about the size of the suite but we found there was plenty of room and storage space. It may not feel that way to people used to very large hotel rooms outside of the uk! The room was well equipped with…

The skyliner was the main draw for us and it proved to be a great way to get about.
Other pros: the staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. Any requests for more towels, coffee etc were quickly delivered on. All the staff, from front desk, to maintenance and housekeeping were really lovely, even more so that at the other Disney hotels I’ve stayed at previously.
The only draw back was I found the vegan food options to be a little limited but with Caribbean beach resort only next door that was not really an issue.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in January 2024 while visiting Disney. We only visited Magic Kingdom on that trip so written from that perspective. The Hotel was nice, it's a Disney hotel meaning it follows a pretty standard formula, it is one of the newer ones which does make it more appealing, we found the Polynesian very dated. The room was very nice, well appointed and slept 5 which is always appreciated with Disney. Usual story for everything else really, Pool was decent, quick service food was as expected. We took our car to the parks so didn't use the Highliner.
All in all a decent stay but nothing to write home about. Would we stay again, probably not, not a noteworthy hotel really.

Fantastic service, lovely amenities with great skyliner access!

Highly recommend this resort. Easy access to the skyliner! Great on site quick service options, amazing pools, lawn games, excellent arts and crafts staff for the kids and amazing roof top dining with firework views! Disney's fantastic service reputation is well preserved at the Riviera. We will be choosing this resort as a regular now!

What a great hotel for a family! This has the only 3 bedroom villa that I believe Disney offers. The coffee shop in the hotel is great for your early morning and night caps. They have a nice splash pad for young kids and a slide going into the larger pool which my kids loved. As for proximity to the parks you are walking distance from the skyline…

As for proximity to the parks you are walking distance from the skyline which gives you direct access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. This is a must stay resort on property.
