They don’t even know when the buses to the parks leave! How ridiculous and incompetent!! The beds and pillows are like rocks and the rooms are only a slight cosmetic step above a Residence Inn (for you other Marriott folks) and the rooms overall are average at best. No good options for food, the cafe place is fine (and overpriced of course) and you’d be better walking to the swan or dolphin for dinner there, as that’s what I did. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I can say for 100% certainty I will never stay at this hotel again. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

We initially chose the Amere resturaunt in the hotel for convenience but, we immediately realized this was something special.
We had Kim as our server and what an impression she made on our family. She went above and beyond to make that first experience so special. The service she provided was beyond exceptional her suggested for entree’s for our special needs son was spot on. We felt she really cared that we should all have a great experience.
Our entree’s were fabulous. This felt like a a 5 Star Michelin resturaunt. We ended up eating dinner here 4 of the 7 nights. We were also lucky enough to have Luis as well. He is just as fabulous as Kim.
The other nights we ate in the bar. Where we had Tom as our server as well as Olivia.
The service and the food in the bar were just as good.
We were lucky enough to be invited to a special viewing of fireworks on the 15th Floor by Helen. We felt honored to be invited. It was so fun. Thank you for including us.
We also enjoyed many breakfasts in Amare’s as well as the coffee shop. Laura was our main server for that. Once again she went above and beyond to make it special for us and making sure our special needs son was taking extra special care of.
Our last night there Tom the bar tender alerted Kim that my son really enjoyed the pizza from the bar. We were so touched by this I nearly cried. Because, again they were sensitive to our son’s likes and needs.
We will be forever grateful for the special treatment we received from your Amazing staff. Thank you.

We experienced no problems during the stay. Everyone was actively helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and on the last day our group ate in the hotel’s restaurant. Quite good and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on a visit to Disney.
