The hotel

Recently opened in November 2021, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is an all-new, modern, boutique property within the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin complex. With one and two bedroom suites, there's oodles of room for groups and families, and floor-to-ceiling windows to grab the best views of the surrounding theme park land. You'll have your own restaurant, bar, swimming pool and health club, and what's more, you can take a short stroll over to the Swan and Dolphin hotels and use all the facilities on offer there too. And being just a quick walk or water taxi to Walt Disney World Resort itself, you can be on those adrenaline-fuelled rides before you know it.

349 rooms and suites acros 15 floors, all with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, LCD TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, bottled water (replenished daily), tea and coffee-making facilities, microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. 

One Bedroom Suites are 610sq ft, with separate living room featuring a sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Suites are 930sq ft, featuring a separate living room with sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and the other bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 4 children.

Our receptionist, Vee, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Vee not only fixed my problem she was able to upgrade us. We had a lovely room with an Epcot view of the fireworks. Spectacular! First Class, upscale Disney/Marriott property. Great location and easy access to parks via Boats, Buses, or walking. Restaurant within hotel is 1st class for breakfast; front desk associates on Sunday Dec 1 (4pm) were fabulous. Don't hesitate to reserve this spot!

The hotel is a quick walk to the Boardwalk area where you can walk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and they provide shuttles to the other parks and Disney Springs The hotel qualifies as a deluxe Disney resort so you get all the same benefits as staying at a Disney deluxe property PLUS you get the service and benefits of Marriott Bonvoy. We used our NUA for a one bedroom suite and it is spacious, clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at Grounds and have eaten a Amare before and enjoyed it. The pool is a little boring (and no hot tub) but you can use the pool facilities at the Sean and Dolphin next door which have better pools and hot tubs. 10/10 - highly recommend and would stay here again. We had a nice stay at Swan Reserve. The room was large with plenty of space. We were on 14th floor with amazing views!!! Only complaint was there is a resort service fee of $50.00 that includes taxes. We arrived at 11pm so we didn't use pool so that was a charge we were not expecting. Also it's $38 for parking. An added bonus is you get access to the pools and the fitness center at the Swan and Dolphin. The hotel rooms are fine with adequate space. Our room had an Epcot view with the opportunity to see fireworks. A short walk to the Boardwalk area. The front desk team is really outstanding. Jayleen Emily Price and Natalia were all extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. All the members of the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and willing to assist. Definitely a great hotel with all the Disney extras like free bus transportation to the parks and early park access but it’s a Marriott Bonvoy property.
