Not what I expected for the money we paid .
Yes the staff are friendly enough but there's certainly some that could benefit from attending a customer services course .
The al carte restaurants we felt we only needed to visit the once , although the food was nice it was very rich and tasted the same in all the restaurants and the menu was very limited.
The buffet choice was good and service matched this .
If you sit on the outside terrace be aware that everytime someone walks pasted the terrace shakes .
The drinks are made with local spirits which was rough . Rose wine highly recommended though.
Biggest disappointment was our room which can only be described as a cave and backed onto a walled garden that housed the generator.
The room was basic, the aircon unit constantly leaked , maintaince was quick and efficient in responding to our concerns over this but sadly the problem continued whereby it dripped all night with the unit off . This was obviously an on going problem as you could see where the ceiling had been previously patched up.
Room towels are threadbare and need throwing away but did come in handy for aircon leaking .
There were water stations throughout the resort where you could fill your bottles of water up with cold still or sparkling water which was idea l
We've had a nice time and enjoyed our stay but feel there must be better resorts on the island.
Sadly I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
