Located on the north coast of Mauritius, overlooks the aptly named Grand Baie. The bustling town centre is just a short walk away. Transfer time from Mauritius International Airport: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

95 rooms on 3 floors in colonial-style buildings scattered throughout the grounds. All with air-conditioning, terrace or balcony, satellite TV, complimentary WiFi, mini-bar, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and board* (on request). Apartments with 1 king-size bed and a trundle bed, small kitchen and bathroom, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 kids (under 12 years old).
All Inclusive option: includes daily buffet breakfast at the main restaurant. Daily lunch at the main restaurant. A Rs 500 credit per person per day for lunch at Beach restaurant (weather permitting). Daily dinner at the main restaurant. A Rs 700 credit per person per night for dinner at Beach restaurant (weather permitting). Afternoon tea/coffee and pancakes and/or daily Mauritian delicacies. Privilege Rooms are larger with garden or pool views and 1 king-size and single bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child or 1 teenager. Guests staying in Privilege Rooms receive:

We had a great time! The resort was stunning and the Mauritian people even more so! Great food and great drinks, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the gym is great, the resort has great amenities and the staff are all super friendly and helpful! We cannot wait to come back!

You won't find an abundance of options like we have in our hotel buffets in SA but its all right. Food is a mixture of Indian and European cuisine. On Mauritian nights, there are alot of vegetarian options, different curries, not much on other days.
Which brings me to the amazing staff. My interaction was mainly with Chefs Priya and Tamannah and Manager Ashwin. Ashwin checked up on us frequently, reheated my food, and ensured we were always taken care of at meal times.
Chef Priya made a special order of beans curry and roti for me, very darling people and Chef Tamannah gave the cooking class, excellent culinary skills, coconut chutney was soooo tasty!
The hotel room was a little bit disappointing however. Room is small, chandeliers hang low so you keep knocking your head on them but beds are comfortable and water runs well, no plumbing issues. The bathroom has no towel rails or hooks or shower caddy, no extractor. The hairdryer cannot be used anywhere near a mirror.
Take tabard for mosquitoes.
If it rains, you will have to walk in the rain to get to the restaurant.
Beautiful pool side, swim late afternoon to watch the sunset over the beach, amazing view.
