Where is it

Overlooking and a short stroll to the Old City, the main historical sites are within walking distance. Mamilla Mall is also a short walk away (the only open-air mall in Jerusalem). Transfer time from Ben Gurion Airport: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Service in the hotel was great, the best part of our trip was service at breakfast and the meals. Said was amazing and took care of us and all that we needed, he made us feel at home. We really appreciate him and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Said

The Hotel is in a great location! A huge playroom for kids and Amazing food !! Said Provided us with whatever we needed in the dining room, End game as a great feeling of comfort. When you go to a recommend to ask for said, he will take care of you:).

Last weekend we had a nice event at the hotel. The hotel is six stars not five amazing service and very warm and welcoming team. The best man in the dining room in the morning is Mr. Said That give you service from the bottom of his heart and the entire team are amazing. Thanks again for a beautiful time and staying in your hotel.

The Citadel hotel is by far the best ever. Their undeniable service and care for everything and everyone is truly valued and appreciated. The food is beyond plentiful and delicious.. And the service of the server SAID is beyond imaginable. He seeks to serve and please and you feel you're a guest in his home. It makes my stay here so worth it with the high level service SAID gives. If you're looking to stay in jerusalem don't look elsewhere.. Worth the investment. And.. The smell of the citadel is truly amazing.. It just has a high class quality service and feel and you would be thrilled you chose to stay here. Read less
