The room with a view of the sea was phenomenal and housekeeping did a wonderful job. But the club lounge is indescribable. The people, the service, the food, the welcome were out of this world. Mazal is a total rock star. Anastasia, Adam, Guy were super. Janice and Mary outstanding. Lilah, Alexander, and Eugene made delicious food and deserve highest praise. I am ultimately familiar with hospitality and the club in this hotel is the golden standard. There is no better place to be if you are in Tel Aviv (or anywhere else for that matter).

Just had the most amazing trip at the Sheraton Grand! The rooms are spacious and modern, the staff, including Adan and Guy at the Club Lounge, were super helpful and knowledgeable, and all in all, contributed to a memorable experience. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Mazel, Adam, Anastasia, Elena, and Janize. Food selection pastries, cheeses, nuts, dried fruit. Fresh fruit, wine, beer, soft drinks, crackers, dips, dinners were all abundant, tasty and presented organized fresh and clean stations and tables. All were excellent!
Breakfast Restaurant
Daria was excellent at welcoming us each time we arrived and servicing our needs for coffee, tea, all table and food items. All the staff at breakfast were attentive to our needs. Food selection of breads, salads, fish, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, yogurts. Oatmeal, pizza, and more state abundant, fresh, presentation was organized and clean.
