I also encountered one minor issue which I requested something to be done on one of the rooms (honeymoon package) upon my booking. But upon checking in, they said it has to be done 24hours before. I explained my side but Ms. Elisha did what she can and Introduced me to Ms. Reem, I told her what I wanted and in less than a few hours, it was done! Despite of the late notice, Ms. Reem and Ms. Elisha went beyond what they can.
The result turned out great, amazing and beyond expectations.
Thank you once again Ms. Elisha and Ms. Reem for this memorable stay!

We had a standard room with a glorious view over the creek to the grand mosque. The rooms were large, super comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. We spent time in one of the 2 excellent gyms, and I swam a lot in the really good pool.
We also tried several of the in-house restaurants and the breakfast, which was huge and varied with lots of options for vegans/ vegetarian diners. When I asked about vegan options at breakfast, one of the team immediately got a chef to take me around and identify the options, which was hugely appreciated.
Whilst the hotel is luxurious and large, it feels completely welcoming and unstuffy thanks to the really wonderful and friendly staff who are such an asset. We shall return as its genuinely lovely.

Stayed one night here and wish we could have stayed longer. Absolute luxury and an amazing beach front. It was my husbands birthday a couple of days before and they left a cake for him in the room which was a lovely gesture. Thankyou. Could not fault it at all.

Room on 6th floor overlooked the beach & creek. Spacious enough, very clean & comfortable.
Good bathroom & good products.
Daily water appreciated.
Breakfast was mix of buffet & cooking stations, lots of choice with short waiting times.
Usual problem with all hotel buffet breakfasts is certain level of guests who make a mess, dawdle about, cross contaminate products etc. Same everywhere....
Staff all very friendly & helpful.
Spend two full days by the pool which was relaxing.
Ate at Bridges sports bar & Mazaj only.
Bridges little disappointing, Mazaj was very enjoyable.
Bridges happy hour 4pm till 8pm is only on selected drinks, but it does at least make drinking logical.
At other times the prices at the pool, or in Bridges are simply unjustifiable.
During two nights there were large functions on which occupied half the beach area, a lot of the breakfast area & made lots of noise well into the night.
Although the hotel did post notices apologising, its really not acceptable.
I would stay here again because it is handy for the airport & for the places I needed to be, however far cheaper & better food & drink options exist close by.
