We stayed on a half board basis. Great choice at breakfast where we were really looked after by the wonderful staff. Always greeted with a smile and our regular coffee order! Special shout out to Chezka, Jenisha and Maajidh. So helpful, polite and eager to please. They are a credit to the hotel.
The set menus at both Marco’s Italian and Mazaj are fabulous. Food is fantastic. My only criticism would be that there’s too much food at Mazaj. The starters alone would have been enough and I couldn’t eat the main!
It’s our last day today and we’ve been presented with a Bon voyage cake! So lovely!
The rooms are wonderful too. Really spacious with Le Labo Rose toiletries which happen to be my favourite.
They lay on free shuttles to the Mosque but it does make a few stops en route (no one got on) so it would have been far quicker to just grab a taxi as it only takes about 5 minutes to get there whereas the shuttle took nearly an hour!
I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. It’s the second stay for he and we will definitely stay again.

It was lovely to see Brett at the beach bar again with a smile and great customer service. Well done Brett you even remembered my name from last year. Super impressed! In the gold lounge was Rajan who was very professional and welcoming along with Phoo, Paolo, Mark and Aflam who all looked after us so well.
