Our beautiful suite overlooking the canal and pool was luxurious and spacious. The Marriott Heavenly bed and luxury linens are superb. The Club lounge, run by Jovana and her lovely team, is one of the best we have been to for professional, warm, smiling staff who attended to every request. Food was delicious and top marks to the lovely chefs. Thank you... especially Iqbal, a true gentleman. Housekeeping was A1 and Saurabh and Ankit are fantastic, with many thoughtful surprises. All was done by the time we returned from breakfast which was truly perfect, and bedtime a treat with first class turndown service. The world class restaurants in the hotel are wonderful. We enjoyed The Forge, Li Jiang and Punjab and will definitely revisit during our stay here. Sorso is a great place to start and end the evening in style. Pool staff were amazing. Ari and his team ensured our favourite, sunshine spot was arranged daily ahead of arrival. Again, the best we have ever experienced across our world travels. We also enjoyed breakfast outside at Giornotte , where Shirley ensured best of industry standards. In summary, we had a wonderful stay and will most definitely return next year. We had the most marvellous experience on our recent holiday. This hotel has everything. Lovely beach area and a great heated pool surrounded with manicured gardens A full range of restaurants offering food of the highest quality with beautiful surroundings BUT the outstanding feature was the quality of the people looking after us. Being greeted at the front entrance by everyone knowing your name. Going to the beach or the pool area and your sun bed being made up for you, umbrellas adjusted, water provided in an ice bucket, sunglasses cleaned, ice lollies provided, food and drinks served in the blink of eye. Going back to a room serviced to the highest standard by the attentive housekeepers. Everyone so friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Cola who made all our restaurant visits memorable who went above and beyond any expectations. So friendly but manages her responsibilities with unassuming efficiency. Anvil and Anthony who looked after us so well around the beach and let’s not forget Bobur. In truth we could mention everybody because everyone was special and added so much to our holiday. Great evening, great service, Saber was super attentive the whole evening. Highly recommend it. Very good recommendations from Saber as well. I tried the lamb kebab, which was superb. Make sure you visit Ritz when you are in Abu Dhabi, fantastic hotel.

Even before we arrived, Harry, head concierge, had booked all our dinner reservations and spoken to each restaurant about my allergies in advance. We floated around warm, relaxed and happy every day. All our requirements were ready in our villa on arrival, assisted by the helpful and friendly Ramesh, who beautifully wrapped a very large clay coffee pot to return in one piece to the UK. We had breakfast for the first time, and were greeted with smiles every morning, and they all knew our name and our coffee order by the next day. Many choices for breakfast, lovely food and staff at all the restaurants, great service by the adult pool each day. (please don't play boom boom music there, we want to relax in the silence and snooze). From check in to check out; helpful friendly faces, too many to mention. Thank you all. We will be back!
