The service was impeccable - we were particularly impressed by Rana in level 1 housekeeping who went above and beyond to take care of us, by the pool lifeguards who were absolutely on point throughout and also the smooth, discreet and professional staff of the sim sim buffet and the work of the cleaners - the beach and everywhere in the resort was spotless. Nearby is the Louvre, the Abrahamic family house and you can also take a trip to the Grand Mosque. There are separate areas for couples and families on the beach so this would make an ideal destination for both multi-generational groups and honeymooners.

In the past, we had a few bumps with slow check-ins and not getting calls when our room was ready, but this time was a game changer! Bradley at the front desk made check-in super fast and smooth. Huge shoutout to him!
We also had a blast by the pool, with Bivel making sure we had everything we needed to chill and soak up the sun. And the valet service from Yaobi was spot on super quick and easy!
After all these visits, I can say it’s still one of our top spots. Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous hotel. Brilliant value for money. Beautifully decorated. Very large, very comfortable rooms with great beds. Fantastic pool and food options. We loved our stay and the staff were great throughout. Would recommend and we will return when next in the area.
