I don't know where to begin, we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights (5 days) at the end of January 2025. From start to finish the hotel was incredible, the design, the location, the food and the friendly staff. January was the perfect time for us as the weather was 20+ degrees (not too hot not too cold) and this is their 'quiet' time, which was fab because we never had a problem finding the perfect spot to sunbathe whether it being at the adult pool, the main pool or the beach. - The staff are so friendly and polite, they treat you like royalty, little touches like grabbing your towels and laying them on the sun lounger you've chosen, bringing you a bucket of ice water with three water bottles in, cleaning your sunglasses and supplying us with free ice lollies, fruit ect. Special mention to Oshen who works round the pools, he will go above and beyond to make sure you're ok. The pools were great and stylish plenty of sun loungers and free cabanas. The beach was just gorgeous, you can walk along it which we often did, so clean. - Rooms, we stayed in the Superior balcony room with king size bed. Honestly, it was beautiful, so clean, I rarely have baths in hotels, however here I was not missing the opportunity! I don't have one negative remark, the bed and pillows were so comfy, the shower was a waterfall shower, along with 2 separate sinks, separate toilet and bath. We were greeted with free chocolate truffles, fruit, special tea. We then got offered an upgrade as the hotel was quiet they moved us to one of their ground floor suites... and oh my god, absolutely stunning. Large living room, separate bedroom, two bath rooms, incredible view of the pool/beach. Just amazing, spotless. -Food/Restaurants, they have 5 different of restaurants on site, Thai, Greek, Japanese, Buffet and the Manhattan Lounge. We ended up spending around £115 to £130 each night. Which can sound expensive, but the amount of free treats we got and the exceptional food made it worth it. In Manchester we once spent £100 at Pizza Express!!!!! Thai (Sontaya) - you have to dine here! Not only is it gorgeous surrounded by pools of water, the food tastes delicious! We got free cocktails, canapes and dessert! The restaurant staff are friendly and always smiling. We had a few drinks at their tequila bar, again, the staff are amazing! One of the managers even did a free cocktail tasting! Greek (Mazi) - We were quite excited to dine here, as the restaurant is Michelin star, the design of the restaurant was incredible never seen anything quite like it before, however the food didn't really stand out to us, it was nice, it just wasn't incredible. We got free canapes and desserts. Japanese (Buddha-Bar Beach) - Different from the rest as this restaurant had more of a party feel to it, we really enjoyed it, very modern, again gorgeous design, we really loved the food, would recommend a visit! Again we got free canapes and desserts. Manhattan Lounge - Here you can have a range of items, mainly steaks and burgers, next to the cigar lounge. Really impressive bar! Although we never ate here, on our last day before our flight we went to have a cup of tea and a hot chocolate and we were looked after by the lovely Shivani and Jay, even though we only had around 1 hour and a half with them they made us feel so special! Giving us a goodbye chocolate cake free of charge from chocolate shop they have on site! Yes a chocolate shop they have a wall of chocolate pouring! They were so friendly and made our last few hours so special so they need a special mention. Buffet - Stunning buffet room, we paid for breakfast which was from 7am to 1pm which gives you the option to make it brunch, we had our meal around 11am, the food was so tasty, so many options! The cakes/pasties are to die for! My favorite was the Chocolate and Banana pastry. You will not be disappointed at the buffet I assure you. We never dined their in the evening so I won't be able to comment on that but i did see a chocolate fountain!! I can confidently say we will 100% be coming back with all our family around the same time, (Jan/Feb) as even though it's their winter season, we are from Manchester so 20+ degrees and sunny is good enough for us! Yes this can be an expensive hotel.. however when you weigh in the amount of free items, the way the staff make you feel so special and they can't do enough for you. It makes it worth it! Fantastic Hotel. Large rooms. Clean. Espresso machine in each room; large Tv with lots of channels; Rain shower and tub; double sinks; comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Lots of dinner options. Enjoyed the private beach and pool. Everyone was helpful. It is strongly recommended, especially if you want a quite relaxing outing.
