The hotel was absolutely great and we have to give special thanks to our Room Valet Niranjan/ TL Moshavat. He was the the kindest soul and took extra special care that our room is impeccable and that we felt appreciated. We also loved the breakfast as it had everything . The entire hotel is grand but also has many interesting small things if you pay attention to details. For example the walls have indents that look like seashells if you take a better look. The hotel is very well equiped both with facilities and with staff. You can find a staff member every ten meters that will help you if you need something. Few things that we didn’t like is that the pool should have been heated more since it was very windy. Some of the days we were really cold in the pool and relaxing im that area wasn’t an option. Easily fixable if you heat the pool a bit more on these windy days. The other part was with the dolphin swim experience. This left a really bad taste in our mouth. Dolphin swim was nice but whoever thought charging 165 AED for a single photo should get fired. At the same time my wife paid for the observer ticket to take photos and they wouldnt let her come closer to take better photos, basically forcing you to take their photos which have ludicrous prices. It was like 1100 AED if 7-8 photos digitally and 165 for a single developed photo. So in effect, its ransoming a nice memory with exorbitant prices. In the end I paid for that single photo with my son cause I wanted a memory but the price was insane and it left a really bad taste from an otherwise great experience. All in all, the great still outweigh the few blunders so we give the hotel 5 stars. Read less

Our guest room valet Naveen always made sure our room was clean and tidy , he made sure we had everything we needed to make sure that our stay at Atlantis palm was comfortable. He always greeted us with a smile and warm welcome . His team were also warm and friendly and would always be polite and willing to help us with anything we needed.

We stayed six nights in a two bed terrace suite. Rooms 4420 and 4418 - palm view. We were mum, dad, two teen girls and granny. First off the place is great. All staff we met were wonderful, with particular shout outs to the imperial lounge staff and Roky our housekeeper who was a superstar. Palm pool staff were also very helpful. Our rooms were perfect, close to the lifts for granny, but no noise form them. The lifts get very busy at peak times, I.e. just before breakfast time cut off. Top tip, go up, to go down and you’ll save yourself over 15 minutes. Food everywhere we ate was wonderful. Particular highlights was Seafire and Gastronomy - go hungry! The 5pm to 7pm club lounge happy hour was a blast. We got seats on the patio, the small sunken area provided shelter for any breezes and had a heater when things cooled down a little. Champagne is not on the menu, but they will happily bring it to you, the g&ts are like I would pour them at home! Aqua adventure was great and we found that if we got to the buggy terminal in the hotel by 8:55 am, we would be in at the stroke of 9am and competed two towers by 10am and the back on the buggy to get sunbeds and breakfast. We did a desert safari with Oceanair travel which was very good, the lounge at floor 154 at the burj - worth it only for skipping the huge queues in my opinion, and as the jet skis were fully booked we did a 1 hour tour with Nemo water sports who were excellent. At Dubai mall we rented a mobility scooter for granny from Haraka mobility which was a lifesaver. We also did the fountain show boat ride which was well worth it. Would we go again, very likely, but there is a lot of the world still to see. Only grumble was not being flexible around the half board package i.e. not swapping dinners for lunches, which they should really consider. Wonderful stay. Read less

We stayed with the Atlantis twice in 2024, the first visit in March was exceptional all around which drove us to booking another familiy vacation for November. The November stay started off underwhelming (room dated, strong moldy smell) which for an establishment of that price level is unacceptable. Luckily the staff (the houskeeping manager Vaishakh in particular) came to our rescue and took great care of everything (relocation and some toys for the kid) and saved the stay. Thanks to Vaishakh we will be returning shortly for another week of vacation in the sun. The hotel overall - albeit being almost 20 years old - is well worth a visit. Facilities well maintained, well equipped gym and pretty decent culinary choices. For families traveling with kids the waterpark, kids club and wave house (age 5+) are absolutely worth the luxury price tag. And to emphasise it again, great staff, friendly and super engaged making you feel very welcome. Read less
