This review is long overdue! We stayed at this hotel for a week back in May 2023 and decided to return. On our first trip, check-in took awhile and so the staff let us use the executive floor while they sorted our room out. It was our first time travelling with our 7 month old baby. We had booked a king studio and as the wait took longer than considered and they noticed we were travelling with a baby, they upgraded us first to the executive suite and then to the penthouse suites! We were absolutely delighted and had a fabulous time. Special thanks to Jawaher, Eliza, Mark and Abdul who made our trip very special.

Everything was great, the room was always very clean and the breakfast was delicios. The beach is near the hotel and there is a central street perfect for a night walk. From the window we can see Dubai Eye and the sea. The parking was great because there are many parking lots.

Manager Heba was super helpful upon arrival and accommodating to all my needs. She arranged for a late check out so that I could attend a business meeting at the hotel and not worry about my luggage.I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
