The hotel

Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included. 

Please note: some restaurants require a supplement fee.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

Disappointing Experience at Jumeirah Al Naseem I recently stayed at Jumeirah Al Naseem, and while the hotel boasts a beautiful location and elegantly designed rooms, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer care. Despite the high occupancy rate, it is reasonable to expect attentive service and guest consideration, but that was unfortunately lacking. Simple requests such as arranging twin beds or securing rooms close to one another were met with delays and required multiple follow-ups. The staff, though polite on the surface, often displayed an air of indifference, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. It felt as though the hotel operated under the assumption that guests need them more than they value our business, a sentiment reinforced by dismissive attitudes and unfulfilled promises. Fortunately, Dubai offers many exceptional alternatives. I highly recommend Royal Atlantis, Address Beach Resort, Armani Dubai, and Kempinski Emirates Mall — all of which consistently provided excellent service and treated me as a valued guest during my stays. If you prioritize genuine hospitality and respect for your time, I would suggest exploring these other options before considering Jumeirah Al Naseem. Read less

Mina a Salam and Al Naseem are our second homes and we are always more than grateful being back, knowing that the services and everything is just perfect, from the impeccable service that went above and beyond to the exceptional cuisine that surpassed all expectations. Al Naseem with its new renovated rooms are beautiful and the view is unique, the sea, the burj al Arab, simple beautiful! The facilities are highest standards. I highly recommend Talise SPA, no doubts the therapist there will guide you to a next level spa experience! The area is so dreamy, you can go around by small boats or enjoy the most delicious foods in one of plenty top restaurants. The beach offers varieties of bars to enjoy a cold coconut, drink or snacks for lunch… As a guest at jumeirah you can choose and go for joining to eat in any restaurant in the hotels. I am so disappointed with my experience. I used to love this hotel & always recommended it to my close ones. I have visited many times with friends family and for business before 2022 and now I came back yesterday 29th of December to ask to see one of the rooms. My issue is I can't mention here why I came and for who I am working I have made it very clear that I am looking to book for VVVIP and I am looking at amount of 40K AED. Its not small money. I understand hotel is busy as I have came during holiday & during weekends but the receptionist Dameli was nice to be able to assist by giving me answers and she was willing to show me one room at least because in order for me to convince the VVVIP's to book this room they need to see a video of it not through booking.com. At first she said we can show u another day but not today, then I asked to see at least any category of the rooms available. Her friend or what she seemed to be a manager Aliaa was talking to her in their language which is not English. Were saying something infront of me that leaded to a complete rejection of seeing any room "claiming the policy of the hotel doesn't allow them to take any guests to see the room". I have visited many hotels in the same day most of them managed to get me to see 3 rooms and some managed to get me to see 1 at least. I would say they were so lazy to assist me and came up with this excuse I know very well it was possible but they were so lazy to assist. If I am doing a 2K dhs I understand but I am doing big money! 40K dhs I have the full right to know what I am paying for. Anyways, I am so disappointed with the receptionist and their unprofessional way of speaking their accent infront of me. I had to look to another hotels around.
