It’s a beautiful afternoon tea on the balcony sitting in hot air balloons.
The view across Jumeriah is incredible. The food was lovely and service was excellent. The attention to detail is outstanding, giving us passports and tickets to begin.

Its facilities are excellent, the range and quality of restaurants available to guests in all three hotels is impressive and staff are accommodating if variable in warmth. You cannot fault what it has to offer, but personally I prefer smaller properties where I don’t need to spend 15 minutes finding the buggy station and another 10 minutes being transported to a restaurant……..but I guess that’s the price you pay for the scale and range of facilities that this area has to offer. The hotel really is nice enough, but not for everyone!

Birds are too much

Tha hotel is really good but the bird situation is a too much the sea gulls are every where in the pools on the beaches. You have to manoeuvre to miss the constant poo dropping from the sky. They are the worst on the beach in a frenzy if any food is around!!
We have a further 4 days to go on holiday that is spoilt by the bird issue.

It is so pretty. And Christmas atmosphere was so good, we took lots of pictures, the staff here are so friendly.
I really love the Christmas tree in the front. The lady was are playing piano was so nice, the music was there, atmosphere was there.
