Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeriah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

29 summerhouses and 283 rooms. All with air-conditioning, private furnished balcony or terrace, satellite TV with video and music channels, telephone, high-speed Internet access*, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and board. There are 2 types of house to choose from – Gulf and Arabian, Gulf houses offer superb access to the beach. Each house offers between 8-11 luxurious self-contained guest rooms, each with a personalised butler service and complimentary sunset happy hour (6:00pm-8:00pm) including soft and alcoholic drinks. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).
Palm Houses
Palm House Garden Rooms are situated within the resorts gardens.
Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

Palm House Lagoon Rooms are 60 sqm and overlook the lagoon.
Palm House Garden Suites are 122 sqm, with a separate lounge, dining area, lush garden and waterways views, plus Palace Lounge access.
Cove Houses

Spacious Cove House Garden Suites are 129 sqm and enjoy a larger terrace, plus Palace Lounge access.
Beach Houses - are accessible through a secluded garden courtyard and offer access to the private beach.

His service was beyond my expectations, he suggested restaurants and made a table booking at the palmery which my daughter loved the most; and crafted unique cocktails and special mocktails for my child during the sundowner. We were here to celebrate a special birthday, and everyone made extra effort to make it so special. Jumeirah really do go out of their way to provide you with the best possible experience.
I would also suggest that everyone who stays does the Saturday brunch..Ryan and the team do an incredible job!
We visited Pai Thai, which was superb, with the best Thai food I have eaten, and the Greek Taverna whose food and service was fabulous.
Personally would like to thank butler supervisor Brian for always making sure we had a flawless time, and Stacie in reception for being helpful at anytime- nothing was too much trouble .
Only issue we had was with the Meat Company- we love this restaurant but on the night of my wife’s actual birthday their service was really poor and the waiter actually became quite rude when we said we wouldn’t be leaving a tip. However, this restaurant isn’t part of Jumeirah, so it doesn’t affect this review.
All in all, a fabulous trip and just confirmed to is why this is the best place in Dubai to stay.If I could give it a 6..I would!
