Where is it

In a prime location on Jumeirah Beach, within close proximity to shopping malls as well as the Marina. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

504 rooms and suites. Majority of rooms with private balcony, air-conditioning, satellite TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-bar*, safe, iron and board (on request), and hairdryer. Super Deluxe Land View Rooms are located in the main building and tower building, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Half Board: supplement is applicable for lunch or dinner (still water is included in Brasserie 2.0, the all-day dining restaurant), except on Saturday (as well as 24, 25 and 31 December), when supplement may only be used for dinner*.

Lunch is available only at Brasserie 2.0 while dinner is based on Dine Around option in the below mentioned restaurants:

Super Deluxe Sea View Rooms are located in the main building and tower building with sea views, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Super Deluxe Land View and Super Deluxe Sea View Suites are tranquil, sophisticated and offer stunning views.

Royal Club Tower Rooms are located in the Royal Club Tower building and have either city or sea views, sleeping maximum 2 adults (1 infant allowed over maximum occupancy). Rooms offer exclusive access to the Royal Club Tower Lounge which includes complimentary breakfast, free WiFi access, non-alcoholic refreshments, afternoon tea with pastries and sandwiches, pre-dinner drinks and canapés.

Super Deluxe Suites are larger in size, sleeping maximum 2 adults, plus 1 adult or 1 child below 16 years on a rollaway bed or 1 infant in a cot.

Royal Club Tower suites are larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults, plus 1 adult or 1 child below 16 years on a rollaway bed or 1 infant in a cot. Rooms offer exclusive access to the Royal Club Tower Lounge which includes complimentary breakfast, free WiFi access, non-alcoholic refreshments, afternoon tea with pastries and sandwiches, pre-dinner drinks and canapés.

12 restaurants and bars: Brasserie 2.0 (à la carte and International buffet, open all-day), Zengo (Asian cuisine), Maya (modern Mexican cuisine, located in the resorts gardens), Al Khaima (Arabic cuisine, located at the resorts gardens), Rhodes Twenty10 (steakhouse, located in the Royal Club Tower Building), La Strega (Italian Cuisine) and Indya by Vineet (Indian Cuisine). Latitude Bar, Shades (stylish sports bar in the Royal Club Tower Building ), Le deck bar and Le Café (tea lounge, located in the Arcade).

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL THEY SCAM YOU BY CHARGING YOU TWICE FOR YOUR ROOM. They charged me £6,150 twice for my room and they wait until you leave the country to do it. Please be warned. When I checked out of the hotel everything was fine after a 12 day stay and they charged my card for the items we charged to the room of about £580 + the £1,000… Read more

I arrived back in the UK to find they had taken a further £6,150 from my bank account. I rung the hotel to find that they didn’t believe me, said I should wait 30days to see if it’s transferred back. Not good at all. It’s coming up to Christmas and I’m at a loss over 6k with no idea when I will get the funds back. After looking online this has happened to several people. BE WARNED!!!! Read less

This is THE hotel - the best in the world. Our home from home. Our 4th time here celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday. All the staff can’t do enough. The rooms perfect, clean, the food is incredible & all the staff are exceptional. Thank you - we are all v grateful.

The rooms were wonderful, the balcony had an amazing ocean view. I loved walking around the property and encountering the cats. The restaurants on the property are all very good. I liked the club lounge for breakfast, only wish there were more egg based options. You could order various drinks in the lounge which was great. I seemed to miss every happy hour though. The spa!!! The spa was my favorite part of the hotel. The hydrotherapy pools and steam rooms and sauna were elite, and I’ve bern to quite a few. The temperature and cleanliness was well maintained. Even the relaxation area was just amazing. I dont have many pics because I was enjoying myself do much. The visitors here seemed to be mostly from the UK and Europe. The valet/concierge guys were the nicest and coolest staff on site. The club lounge check in was nice but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate our upgrade request which was a bummer, considering we were celebrating two big events. Read less
