Rahul Kumar - HK supervisor, Nishany , Dimas, Masud were extremely professional and welcoming, Rahul met all of our needs without us asking, he went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Initially we were quite unhappy as upon check in and entering our room there were afew issues with the cleanliness of the room so we asked to move rooms, after speaking to various staff members and managers after a whole 3 hours we finally moved into our new room, from there Rahul was looking after our room with his team, he ensured it was cleaned thoroughly as we have dust allergies, it was then touchdown in the evenings which was great, Rahul arranged extra toys for our kids in the rooms, the cleaning team were extremely friendly, they made pleasant animal surprises made out of towels, kids were so excited to see these, room was cleaned perfectly everyday, attention to detail was definitely there. Thankyou to Rahul and the team for making our stay extra special, they should definitely be recognised for it.

Our experience was amazing,we loved every minute here. Anil was excellent in making sure we have everything we needed and was a top guy in looking after us for the whole duration of our stay! The balcony sea view made our stay. Highly recommend this place
