Deluxe Rooms are sea-facing and overlook the gardens, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child aged 11 years and below.

The Residence: is an exclusive sanctuary catering to couples and set within close proximity to the One&Only Spa. With 50 rooms and suites it’s the crème de la crème of calm. Prestige Rooms are sea-facing and offer views over the gardens with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Everything in the hotel was brilliant except stealth charges for water at restaurants that was classed as "soft drink". Staff were apologetic but management need to look at the definition of soft drinks. Water is not a soft drink and should not be charged as such. If you do, please advertise beforehand so that guests are informed.

This is a run down old property, which is fine and doesn't mean it will ruin your stay however when you add to that their abysmal service things become truly disappointing. Simply put they offer 6 star pricing and 3 star service!

Excellent service throughout the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. Special thanks to Vino in Arabian Court and Philip and Alauddin at the Palace pool.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. So comfortable, cozy and luxury. Perfect location. The view from my room was incredible! Excellent breakfast.
