Ultra All Inclusive: inclusive of the following:

Wellness room with Pool Access rooms are adjacent to the spa, with views of the Palm Lagoon and a terrace with direct access to the semi-Olympic lap pool and beach, as well as a private garden and plunge pool. With 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 people.

Junior Suite rooms feature a lavishly decorated living room and separate bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah or the beautiful gardens surrounding the resort. 1 king-size bed. These suites sleep a maximum 4 people and include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown service (upon request), local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

One Bedroom Senior Suite rooms feature a spacious living room that is separate to the bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah. The living room features a business desk. 1 king-size bed and sofa sleeper in the living room. These suites sleep a maximum of 4 people and include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown amenities (upon request), personal holiday assistant, local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary VIP amenities, complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

Two-Bedroom Family Suites feature views of the Dubai skyline, a living area with lounger, armchairs and a dining table, bathrooms with tub and glassed-in shower, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. These suites sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Three-Bedroom Family Suites are also available, featuring a balcony with two sitting areas and sleeping maximum 8 people.

Second visit in a 3 bedroom suite. This time for my wife’s 50th and New Year. Great time again but the New Years Eve buffet and party was absolutely outstanding! Still the same gripes about no alcohol in the suites building and the ridiculous cabana reserving policy but hey they’re not going to change it!

A big mention also to the team at Exclusive Sports Club were all very friendly! Cheikh spoke to us daily and was very friendly took us out paddle boarding And the pool exercise class. We seem a couple of other classes which looked fun and would have done if we were here longer. Tbh I can fault any staff from opening the car door going in and out of a taxi to the service in each restaurant!! Room views are also stunning..
