Where is it

The hotel's excellent Jumeirah Beach location means that plenty of water sports are on offer including kayaking and water-skiing. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

All rooms have floor to ceiling windows offering views of the Arabian Gulf and the majestic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, air-conditioning, interactive HD LCD TV, WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar*, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, separate walk-in shower and bath, and hairdryer. 

Ocean Deluxe Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites include club benefits, and feature a separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed and living room with sea views, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suites include club benefits, and feature a separate living room, and 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds. This suite can sleep 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Family Garden Suites include club benefits, and are located on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor pool, featuring 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Our stay at Jumeirah beach hotel was fantastic. The service was exceptional especially Nymur and Shakid from housekeeping, their service was excellent and were always friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much! We will be back soon!

This was our second visit to jumeirah beach hotel after visiting in February last year. We loved it so much last year and had to come back, this time round was even better than the first! We really made the most of the hotels wonderful restaurants and facilities, each one great in their own right. We were made to feel so special throughout our stay, the staff are so personable and attentive, nothing was ever an issue. Special mention to Din Islam our room attendant who was extremely polite and helpful. He made our stay feel extra special by making some fun towel animals each day and leaving rose petals on the bed. Also Moses at the pool and beach bar who looked out for us every afternoon. Remembering our names after the first day, very impressive given the number of guests they must see. Again this made us feel extra special. 10/10 hotel, will definitely be back. Read less

We had a lovely time in the hotel & our housekeepers, Mozammal and Sayed, and Mr Iver, were all excellent and extremely welcoming ! The beach is excellent and January is a great time to come. Breakfast also great as was the evening meal when we ate here

Probably the best family hotel anywhere , Food is great at the many restaurants along the Jumeirah , the service is just as good also. The Dow and Anchor sports bar is brilliant and the executive pool is fine. The gymnasium is adequete and the tennis courts are fine.

Great service from the time you get dropped off at the hotel you are welcomed with generosity, the check in process is very professional , all staff are very friendly and service is top class ! Karim and Mahedi from family pool provided our family with excellent service .
