A special mention must go to Lyn from the Kids Club, who is simply amazing. Her warm, welcoming nature and endless patience with the children made all the difference. Our kids absolutely adored her, and we felt they were in the best hands.
The housekeeping team also went above and beyond, with Vijay and Ritu standing out for their attention to detail and incredible service. Every request was met with a smile, and our room was always impeccable.
The attendants outside the hotel were always so helpful and efficient. They ensured our arrivals and departures were seamless, assisting with luggage and transport with professionalism and a warm attitude that set the tone for the exceptional service inside.
The location is brilliant too. Situated at the start of JBR, it offers easy access in and out, so cars can leave without getting caught in the traffic on the JBR Walk. This made travelling around Dubai so much more convenient.

I left the room. Moreover I saw money in his hands. Managers and security asked if something was missing. It was not missing just because I entered in time.
Instead of apologies I heard from a manager that such things are impossible in their hotel.
Moreover, nobody could show me the rule “to close the bag if it’s open”
They told me housekeepers are obligatory to take photo and call the security if they see smth valuable.
None of this was done.
After seeing this I was very stressed and couldn’t sleep as I planned.
We didn’t even hear apologises from the hotel.
After checkout manager told us the housekeeper doesn’t work with them anymore (does he?)
