But I’m here to highlight the stars of this hotel, the staffs. Soo friendly and helping attitude. Most of the time I stayed at the beach, and a super cool guy who always took care of me Abishek from Beach bar. When he sees me coming, he bring my drink and water, no need to ask for it. He made my stay amazing. Breakfast at gingermoon is also great. We already started planning our vacation soon. Will be back to this hotel for sure✨

The rooms are immaculately decorated, the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom and coffee facilities are amazing. The views are spectacular!!! Club WIP provides such a benefit to visitors. We were on the half board dine around package, and you will not eat such a rich variety or high quality of food from the 15 accessible restaurants within 5 minute walk any where else. We spent most days relaxing down at the W only beach and were greeted everyday by the wonderful Alex who took care of all our needs, moving our loungers to follow the sun! The bar staff are amazing, especially Debasis and Santosh who looked after us and made our stay feel so special. One last point is every member of staff at the W looks the part, works so hard to cater for all your needs and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much for our wonderful holiday.
