I stayed with them for 3 days. Arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday. There were a few elements to my stay Room: it was comfortable. I stayed with them for 3 days. Arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday. There were a few elements to my stay Room: it was comfortable. I had booking for 5 people but arrived only as single and arrived well before check in time. they checked me in very early (thank you) and with my agreement gave me a different room to the one that I had booked. I agreed to it and the room was very nice. Breakfast: I had it twice and it was nice. Their coffee is weak but if you ask they will give you stronger coffee. Again no issues there. Pool: good lovely outdoor area. Customer service and staff attitude: This is where they have to work a lot. I had used Valet parking with keys given on Friday morning and collected on the check out. As soon as I sat in my car, the onboard computer start alerting me to rapid pressure loss in one of the tyres. When I inspected, it had a nail (again not an issue, these things happen). Thing that ticked me off was the response from Valet guy, their supervisor and duty manager. All kept saying that the nail would have been when I gave the car as their car park has nothing to damage cars. My logic was that car was in parking for 3 days and not been taken out by me at all, it should have not had any air left in tyre and why it is dropping now. After taking the blame. I took car to local tyre place (their valet supervisor came with me to show where it was) the tyre was checked by the mechanic and he demonstrated an active leak with teh help of soapy water. It was at this point the manager and valet supervisor said 'O it might have been punctured on the way from parking to main entrance". All they had to do was to say, we are sorry that it happened in our possession. can we help you find a place to fix it. Not the behavior that you expect from a 5* establishment. If I am paying over 2000 for a night then I can afford 150 for my car repair. People pay for service and comfort. Read less

The bathroom was a highlight—spotlessly clean and equipped with a TV near the bathtub, adding a touch of luxury. Abdelrahman is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very close to the convention hall,very convenient The breakfast is delicious,have many choice for your choose. The staff is very kind and helpful, every corner in the hotel is very peaceful and comfortable . The bed the pillows and the bath rope is so comfortable. The food is extremely delicious and there are many types of food and various cuisines. Want to come back
