Conveniently located to city center, World Trade Center Expo, Airport and Dubai Mall
Ahmed was very helpful at check-in.

From check in to check out was professionally handled, The rooms were ready with a personal touch. The staff were attentive with a smile, but unfortunately no body message available.
Amazing Breakfast team led by Faisal put the Cherry on the top with their personal attention to detail made our stay very memorable for us all.

This half residence, half hotel is definitely not for couple's. There focus is family's. There is no where to have your breakfast or daily meals in peace. Screaming kids, jumping all over the furniture, yes and tables, and now you have to put up with them on roller scooters.
I'm sure they don't behave in this manner in there own homes.

Nope nothing maters and WE COUPLES DONT MATTER.
Yor not able to have a decent swim in the 2 metre area cause the kids are jumping in with the aid off swimming arm bands, I mean they can't even swimm.
To add to the noise they are in the proceeds of building a small water park but if you want a water park there is the Alantas!!
Oh you have to put up with the smell of peacocks, quite a few locked up in a large cage near the pool area, which attracted flys!!
But to put that aside the hotel was clean although the seating areas in the main restaurants could do with an overhaul.
Our room on the 9th floor, sky view was spacious. Bathroom clean and also spacious.
And yes its ture, seating around the pool you can have your face sprayed and they hand out cool face clothes and you can have your glasses cleaned for you.
Most staff in the hotel was helpful and friendly. Check in and out was straight forward.
But No, I would not return or recommend this hotel to couples old or young!!

Cold cloths offered which was just a treat on the hot days . Sunglasses cleaned by such a lovely friendly man and drinks given to us when required. What more could you need ? The bedrooms were cleaned daily and the space in the room was great .
