The hotel

One of the region’s most iconic buildings, Jumeirah Emirates Towers combines leisure and business for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the financial district. The hotel tower and the office tower are connected by The Boulevard, the place to go to splash the cash on those designer brands and grab a bite to eat at the celebrated Parisian hangout, La Cantine du Faubourg. If the Boulevard isn’t enough to fill your shopaholic desires, you’re just minutes from The Dubai Mall with it’s host of shops, attractions, and restaurants. Whilst you’re located in heart of the city, staying at the Emirates Towers give you complimentary access to the private beach at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, so you can ensure you get your fill of sunbathing in too. If you’ve had a busy work schedule on your trip, The Talise Spa is on hand to relax and rejuvenate, with an oxygen bar and flotation pool as well as a host of treatments. You don’t even have to leave the room to feel pampered though, there’s a menu of in-room bath options to enjoy a soak with a twist. And when you retire to the bedroom, the skyline views of Dubai really are spectacular.

It's a very nice modern hotel walking distance to the financial district. I loved: that I was upgraded to a large suite, the good room service and nice food, the amazing breakfast buffet. I didn't love that there was loud music each night - drumming mostly - that seemed to be coming from outside the hotel. When at midnight I enquired as to what was going on and when it would stop the reception said they'd call me back and never did. I did find a pair of earplugs on the bed the next day which I thought was funny - but it would have been nice to have an actual answer and for that I have subtracted 1 star. Read less

Would have been 5 star but for unforgivable issues on check out. Arrived in the early hours of Wednesday morning having pre registered and paid before departure from the UK. Received an upgrade on arrival that was much appreciated. Club lounge brilliant and well worth the money booking a club room as access is included. The only niggle here was our room was on the 38th floor and we couldn’t get to the club lounge on the 42nd floor. So we had to go all the way to the lobby and get the executive lift to the lounge. A couple of times access was tried to be denied by a “lift monitor”. Once this was ironed out all was good. The major issue for me was after previously checking how much, if any, balance that we had to pay, and were advised zero, the receptionist then tried to take the funds for the complete stay from my card again, and again. Suggest in the strongest possible terms, the receptionist needs either more training or retraining. For my 60th Birthday weekend this really soured the end of our stay. Read less

Great service, very clean , one of the best on Dubai, very kind and helpfull. They offer us upgrade much more expencieve than the room that we booked. Never done this before in any European hotel. I would recomend this hotel for bussiness stay, or even for familly stay.
