we went to the iftar buffet, which was great. it had a little bit of everything and the dessert section was amazing the baklava tower is marvelous and Tafara was super nice and kindly showed us everything to the last minute! great atmosphere as well the weather was great and it felt very cozy

"Extremely Disappointing Stay" My experience at this hotel was beyond frustrating, particularly with the front office and housekeeping. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. They took forever to check me in, and when I had questions, they seemed disinterested and dismissive. It was clear they didn’t care about providing good customer service. As for housekeeping, it was equally disappointing. My room was not cleaned properly at all. The bed was not made correctly, and there were visible dust and dirt in the room. I requested fresh towels and basic amenities, but it took multiple calls to get anything, and when they finally arrived, they didn't even bother to tidy up the room properly. It’s clear that the staff is not properly trained or committed to ensuring a clean, comfortable stay. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Read less
