Board basis options

Bed & Breakfast: includes breakfast at Seafield Mediterranean Eatery.

Half Board option: lunch or dinner at Seafield Mediterranean Eatery.

Full Board option: lunch and dinner at Seafield Mediterranean Eatery.

Soft All Inclusive option: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages (water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, chilled juices, iced tea and ice coffee).

Club rooms with JBR or sea views feature Club lounge access with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 13.99 years old) and 1 child (under 5.99 years old).

Junior Suites JBR View have a living/sitting area and full 360 rotating television, with 1 king-size bed and fold out sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 13.99 years old) and 1 child (under 5.99 years old). Suites feature Club lounge access.

Executive Suites Sea View have a living/sitting area, dining area and full 360 rotating television, with 1 king-size bed and fold out sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 13.99 years old) and 1 child (under 5.99 years old). Suites feature Club lounge access.

Azure Pool Bar & Restaurant (fast food and snacks). The Peacock Chinese Restaurant (Chinese and Szechuan dishes, open for dinner). Seafield (Mediterranean buffet and à la carte menu restaurant, all-day dining), Al Hadiqa (Middle Eastern, dinner), Black Goose Buns & Brews (American sports bar), Bliss Lounge, & More By Sheraton (café with grab and go items). Unbelievably bad attitude of the people working here makes it really hard call this place a hotel. It started with the check in, they intentionally put our group with 3 kids and one elderly with heart problems in rooms on a smoking floor without even asking us. Unbelievably bad attitude of the people working here makes it really hard call this place a hotel. It started with the check in, they intentionally put our group with 3 kids and one elderly with heart problems in rooms on a smoking floor without even asking us. I am a platinum member and it’s known by the membership I don’t stay in smoking rooms or floors. Kids couldn’t sleep due to smell, grandfather had hard time breathing we were really afraid he would get a heart attack. We had to use towels on the door to block the smoke to enter the rooms, when we informed this to reception even they were surprised why they put us this floor , but it was even hard for them to apologise , unbelievable . We had three rooms and one of the room couldn’t have breakfast due to extremely rude behaviour of the lady in restaurant, she first told them they did not pay for the breakfast ( which I already did) then when it was clear we paid she said there are no tables when almost half tables were empty , to make it even worse after a long discussion with her colleague from reception she said there is a table but she has to clean it and it literally took 10 minutes. Tomorrow we will get the grandpa to a hospital and we will sue this hotel if there is anything bad happening to him. I cannot believe such behaviour to an almost 20 years long member…avoid this place at all cost there are many better cheaper higher quality hotels around . Read less

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During check-out, I was told the initial payment was only on hold, and I would not be charged again. However, after returning home, I discovered they charged me a second time. This feels dishonest and unacceptable. I trusted their explanation, but it was clearly misleading.

First time we came in Sheraton JBR in Dubai Dec 2022 for our New Year vacation. And we continue this tradition and came here for the second and the third time again! I can exactly say that it was love from first sight! We enjoyed our vacation from the first minutes in this hotel, everything was excellent - we loved breakfasts, you can find everything according to your preferences, nice chef will prepare for different kinds of omelettes, attentive staff will bring your favourite drinks. We also enjoyed pool and pool bar, water is very pure and warm, towels are clean. Probably I should another feedback for New Year party - it were amazing nights every year since we decided to celebrate our parties here. Delicious foods from all over the world, different drink and beverages according to your choice, nice decorations and excellent show-program. Especially it was amazing to see gorgeous salut in the Dubai sky and timer on the highest ferris wheel in real time. This year we faced with renewed Sheraton because it had been performed the big repairs work. And I appreciate for the keeping traditions of high quality in everything - clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bedsheets, very attentive personal and individual approach to every client. Thanks to all Sheraton JBR Dubai collective for making our vacation unforgettable, especially big thanks to Dil Kandel from Front office Concierge- for assistance and responsiveness in every issues we approach for. Great room, excellent food, it is super clean everywhere and there is absolutely nothin to criticise. Really great hotel experience. Special thanks to all the guys from the service team at Seafield restaurant and to the great chefs, who are creating magic here (Raj, Dinusha, Rama) and alll the other not mentioned here.
