This hotel has everything. Stunning rooms, amazing, welcoming staff, great food. It's the most perfect escape. Nothing is too much trouble. The beds are super comfy, views over the beach and sea are just wonderful. We will be back...the best hotel in Rak.

A lovely stay about an hour out of Dubai. Beautiful location in sight of the RAK mountains and the seaside. From the warm welcome and quick transfer to our room, to every interaction with the team across restaurants or amenities they were all amazing. I think there is a little to be said on consistencies. We found Barrie at Jalabar to be wonderful, however when he wasn’t around service was a little messy and disorganised. Likewise at the Beach there wasn’t much consistency with towels / water / service. The sales drop ins from the activities or beauty teams are fine and always done in good humour, however it would be nice for the Beach team to do the same check ins for water or food etc as it was a little awkward most of the time to get their attention. Spent most time at the beach as despite there being a kids pool a lot of kids were in the main pool which didn’t create the most relaxing experience. It is a lovely pool area though - just really need to do something about those pool tiles as it’s the worst I’ve seen for such a new hotel!? Big gaps everywhere! Celebrated a birthday here though and overall wouldn’t hesitate in returning. The people absolutely made it, as did the food offerings and room environment. Thank you for a great stay. Read less

I only wish I could keep this place to myself! A few special mentions; Karin at reception was very welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable, her service was extremely warm and professional. Manoj, Sunil and Danish were so very helpful poolside throughout the week, nothing was too much trouble. I hope the high standards can be maintained, as the property will no doubt grow in popularity!
