The resort is only one year old and is pretty much spotless.
The rooms and public areas are very nice.
The staff at all levels are polite and friendly.
The restaurants are good and breakfast is outstanding.
I would recommend Anantara and this resort and RAK instead of Dubai

While our experience had a few bumps at the start, the exceptional team more than made up for it. We initially found our room location challenging due to stroller access and the long walk, but Divya went above and beyond in a fully booked hotel to offer a more suitable option for us. Her patience and willingness to help made a world of difference.
On our first night, we had a disappointing experience at Sea Breeze, as several food options ran out. However, after bringing this up with the management, they took it to heart and ensured the rest of our stay was nothing short of excellent. A special thanks to Yassine, Valeria, and Chef Arup for their efforts in turning things around—we truly appreciated it.
We were also celebrating our baby's first birthday, and once again, Divya went the extra mile by arranging temporary access to a water villa for us to take some beautiful photos. This small but thoughtful gesture meant so much. Saidali was also an incredible help, staying with us throughout to assist with anything we needed and making sure we got around comfortably.
A standout during our stay was Ganesh from housekeeping, who kept our room spotless and amazed us daily with his creative towel art. It became a highlight for our four-year-old, who eagerly looked forward to his surprises each day!
Despite a rocky start, the warmth, dedication, and exceptional service from the team turned our stay into a truly special experience. Anantara Mina Al Arab is a stunning property, but it’s the people who made it unforgettable for us. We look forward to returning!
