Service at breakfast was superb! It was busy but the team are full attention to each guest needs. From reception to dining. Kian took care of us the entire time and even went extramile to prepare green juice:) RJ was also helpful and greeted us with a smile.

I tried the waldrof astoria spa experience, and i want to say that the staff there are very friendly.. i personally experienced a mum-to-be spa with Ms. Shaima, she took care of me and gave me some advice. Overall, i advise anyone who is visiting to come and try the spa experience here!
