We had a fantastic experience at the Westin Mammoth. The hotel is in the perfect location with the village just below it. The staff was exceptional, the facilities were clean, overall a great experience. Willow & Tim in reception went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed... will definitely be back as soon as possible!!

Top notch customer service. Tim, the hotel manager when I arrived, showed real care for my experience at the hotel... from finding the right room for my family to extending our stay while the hotel was filling up. This was a game changer, turning a standard hotel experience into a great vacation.

We stayed in the one bedroom and the room was really tight. Felt like they were trying to squeeze too big furniture into a space that couldn’t really fit it. Would have been hard to really settle in for more than a night or too

We just had an amazing experience at the hotel: the property was great, location perfect and I have to say Willow was incredible.
