The staff was exceptional and anticipated our needs. They certainly know how to provide excellent customer service! The room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The grounds are immaculate. The views spectacular. It's in a great location as well. In Mission Bay, very close to Sea World, and to Mission Beach.

Great experience. The staff were super friendly. Room was great and they treated me and my wife very well. At arrival they asked why we were visiting and once I informed the lady, she took great care of us. It was an unexpectedly great trip and we'll stay here moving forward.

The room we stayed in was really amazing, super clean with a great view. It was a 2-bedrooom suite by the Marina bay side. The staff there were very friendly and helpful - from the valet service, front desk reception, house-keeping. We will definitely make our way back!
