This hotel doesn't appear to care if you're traumatized by your stay.

Thin walls, violent neighbors, and lack of front desk concern are awful bedmates. What do you get when you get these three together?
Family trauma, lack of sleep, and disappointment overall. The front desk was unconcerned and expressed very little remorse for providing such an awful experience.

At 4am we were awaken by next door neighbors who were arguing violently, screaming at the top of their lungs in a frightening manner. My children were clearly in distress from hearing this exchange. We called the front desk but the yelling continued. We were afraid to leave the room because the lunatics were walking in and out of their room.
At checkout, I recounted the experience at which point the employee gave me an uncaring "sorry." If this is the experience provided, a company should provide immediate compensation and profuse and genuine apologies. None of which were provided.

Nice room with great view over the city. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in AB’s great pillows. Food available in the hotel - meals/ snacks / pastries, plus bar. Easy and close access to public transport to travel to Pier 39 area and other city locations.
Great room, Great view, Parking.... what a plus!

We had a wonderful time, loved our room. We had a great view of the city from our room. We enjoyed a great breakfast in house. Great location! Close to the trolley cars, Parking garage, what a Plus! Over all our stay was better than we anticipated, very pleased! We definitely would stay again!
Nice hotel as I would expect from a Holiday Inn

Nice hotel, up to the standards I would expect from a Holiday Inn. Comfortable clean rooms and very nice outdoor pool with balcony. Location seemed good, easy to get to most attractions in San Francisco.

My criticisms of this hotel would be that there are a number of extra costs. Breakfast up to $38USD per person, Parking ~$50USD. I even got charged $3 for picking up a package that I had shipped to my room. That being said, there are not many hotels downtown SF that don't charge extra for parking and/or breakfast, so it is what it is.
I would stay here again, just have to factor all the costs in.

Nice Spot with Great Access

What a nice find! I was attending a concert at Davies Symphony Hall, which is an easy walk down to, but I took a bus back. The hotel is easy to access. Parking in a city is always a challenge, so I was fine with the price for parking. My room was clean and VERY comfortable. Right off of California and the cable car. How wonderful that Whole…

Parking in a city is always a challenge, so I was fine with the price for parking. My room was clean and VERY comfortable. Right off of California and the cable car. How wonderful that Whole Foods is a block away for options for food from their hot bar to bring back to my room! The staff were attentive, and everything was accurate.
