Where is it

In downtown Chicago, 1 block away from Michigan Avenue with great shopping and restaurants. Close to Chicago Theatre, Millennium Park, Chicago Cultural Center, Theater District, Chicago River and Navy Pier. Transfer time from O'Hare International Airport: 1 hour.

Hotel information

250 rooms. All of which are two-chambered with a dressing room and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door. Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer and iron and board. Chamber Rooms are divided into two separate areas by sliding privacy doors - a dressing room and bedroom - with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Grand Chamber Suites are slightly larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

It was a great trip with friends. Deandre helped me with my bags. He was so kind. He made sure our heavy bags were carried. We didn’t have to lift a bag. And La’Tisa and Deanna were so helpful with booking and giving info about tourist attractions.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean . Latisa, Deanna and Deandre were very friendly, very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chicago. I really like the decoration of the hotel.

De”Andre, LaTisa and Deanna were so amazing today. Took our bags and jackets and guided us where to go. The girls were so helpful with recommendations on where to go the next day. We have had a wonderful experience at Virgin Chicago, thank you so much for everything!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Virgin Hotels Chicago. Centrally located by the Loop and near to the river it was a great experience. Will definitely return to this hotel. Both breakfast and Dinner were really good and the roof terrace gave us a spectacular view of the city at night.

Great facility, comfortable rooms, awesome staff. We brought our dog and it was the best place to stay with a pet. My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times and have always enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend this hotel. The location is central and ideal for touring the city with a train stop next door.
