We returned to the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for our first visit back to the islands for a few years and we were not disappointed.
From the moment we booked our accommodation with Jill in the global contact centre, we were provided with magnificent service from start to finish. Whether it was the front desk staff and concierge team, Wendy and the amazing cleaners on our floor, Peter at the pool or Holly forever smiling and taking orders for food and drinks poolside, we always feel part of the family or 'ohana' when we stay here.
To be able to walk downstairs and eat at Duke's or Hula Grill, or a quick sandwich at Pai's Deli, and then be able to walk to our own pool and then onto one of the most famous beaches in the world without leaving our hotel, that is extremely hard to beat!
I know that my family and I cannot wait until we return to the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort again, it is the one hotel I have stayed in around the world that I always recommend to anyone who is travelling to Waikiki.

This resort exceeded my expectations with clean, modern rooms with off the chart service. We had access to the Voyager’s Club which is a tremendous perk! Hula Grill and Duke’s are exceptional restaurants located in this resort. I will definitely stay at the Outrigger Beach Resort at Waikiki Beach again! 😀

Spent the day on the beach. Ryan at the Beach Concession set us up in the perfect spot. Very personable and a great help! We started early in the day at the opening, and we were there all day. It is always great to start the Beach Day on such a good note.

Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and kind. We stayed two nights at the Outrigger and were able to enjoy the pool and beach area. We had a nice view of the beach and the city. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located inside the resort, as well as access to local restaurants and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. Our flight home was at 8 pm and we were able to check our luggage for the day with the bellhops. We spent the afternoon at the Honolulu Zoo. We were concerned where we could change into our traveling clothes to fly back to our home winter weather. The resort offered us a hospitality room where we could freshen up and change before we left. That was wonderful! We would definitely stay at the Outrigger again!!! It was convenient and beautiful. It certainly took the stress off of us of where we would stay and until we could get home. If you have to be stranded somewhere - Honolulu and the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort is the place to be. :)
