Being a Hilton honors member i travel a bunch and usually book my stays right thru the app however this time for some reason my initial reservation had gotten canceled due to some payment process error and luckily i caught it before i arrived at the hotel. After speaking with Vanessa and Shawn over the phone they were able to reconfirm my reservation however i was already a little upset. Thankfully upon arrival, Oscar at the front desk changed everything around for me and simply provided the most courteous and hospitable service that it made want to leave a 5 star review. (Which i normally do not leave reviews) Not only did he also sell me on the upgrade but really made my stay so enjoyable. Good service starts from the moment you are on the grounds. From the Valet to the front desk and the housekeeping staff and they demonstrated amazing hospitality the whole way for me on this trip. It's nice to see Hilton and the Virgin hotel bringing this quality back to Vegas. BTW stay in the ruby tower and definitely visit the pool. Great time. Thank you guys I'll definitely be back soon. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully arranged, with excellent storage features like a wardrobe and cabinet that kept everything organized during our stay. The bathroom design was sleek, featuring a beautiful herringbone-tiled floor and a well-maintained shower setup, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. We appreciated the delicious dining options that catered to both adults and kids, making meals enjoyable for the whole family. What started out well, has turned into a mess. Sharing the room with friends we stated to not allow room charges (other than mini bar). I didnt stay the last day so didnt get the bill until after checkout time. THere I noticed that there were charges made to the room, Which my friend verified he did not not as we told the front desk agent to "nopost the room" there was mini bar charges, that were correct. however, there were charges to their chill, dunkin donuts and the restaurant that neither of us did. In fact, when my friend at at lucia, he charged the bill directly on his credit card. we brought it to the attention of the front desk manager who said he saw the no post but it was removed and cant tell by whom and when. all the charges occurred on the last evening and checkout date. he then said something is off and he cant explain what happened and will submit to reverse the charges. Waited a week and it wasnt reversed. called back and the manager said the accounting department looked into it and they said no. they said the signatures matched and he sent me a copy of the receipts. while very receipt matched with the same signature, not one of them was mine as the receipts had my name listed which happens when you give the cashier the room number, one of he receipts where the fraudster hand printed the name didnt even spell it correctly. After responding to Sebastian M in accounting saying that isnt my signature, he sent a copy of the hotel check in signature (which was mine) However, it clearly showed that not one of those receipt signatures matched the check in signature . I told them to pull the video since there are cameras everywhere but they refused saying i had to dispute it with the credit card company. the front desk manager said he cant overide the accounting department and i should just dispute it with the credit card company. Which I just did. They are supposed to check ID, which they clearly did not do and I have been at the hotel on prior occasions and my ID wasnt checked when paying. Beware: even if you tell the hotel to not allow room charges, they still do it and even when you dispute it and they have an easy opportunity to verify by looking at who made the charge, and they do not check id. you simply provide a room number and they print the name of whose name the room is reserved under on the receipt and dont verify if thats your room. Hopefully this gets resolved by the credit card company but if not, it may end up being a lawsuit. Read less

Only down side was due to cold weather we had to get taxis to the strip which was quite costly but in all fairness we knew the location when we booked it so that is no reflection on the hotel, the staff were always on hand to help with taxis. Big shout out to Lindsay on the bar, lovely lady. If ever back in Vegas would 100% book this hotel again. Read less

The hotel was located off the main strip but it wasn’t much to get a LIFT. You can pay for all u can eat breakfast which was well worth the money. There is also coffee shop and juice bar that we used. This holiday was by far one of our best and the hotel was a big part of that too. Read less
