Worst hotel room I have ever had. A hotel's fundamental purpose is to allow you to sleep and the Fontainebleau Las Vegas failed at that. The lights in the room came on randomly at 11:21pm and at 4:48am. When I called the front desk and asked if this happens to other people, the answer I got was "in some rooms the lights sometimes randomly flicker on". Ours did not flicker; they came on and stayed on. To turn them off I had to read the complex bedside panel to find the "off" button. The front desk person offered to send the facilities maintenance team. It is an otherwise very nice hotel. Read less

For the price I would go back to Aria from now on. Pretty place but nothing that stands out. Food court is garbage. I was so excited to try Fontaine Bleau but I don’t think I’d go back. I was so excited to try Fontaine Bleau but I don’t think I’d go back. To start, our room was not ready when we checked in and we didn’t get into our room till after 7pm and 3 trips back to wait in line at the front desk. I overheard several others having similar issues. This set the tone for our entire stay and was extremely disappointing. Once inside, I found several hairs in both the tub and shower. We did have a resort credit so we tried a few restaurants on property. The food was ok but extremely overpriced for what it was ($115 for 2 sandwiches and soda !?) On the good side, the rooms are new with lots of outlets and that was convenient. We also liked the view and how close it was to the Convention center. Overall, there are many other choices in Vegas. This will not be at the top of list for us again. Read less

The customer service at fountainebleau is really fabulous. We ate at mother Wolf. It’s a great restaurant. Everything with the room was wonderful. The service representatives that come to help you with your players card are very courteous and polite. However, I gave them four stars because our experience at the Tavern Bar playing video Poker left me with a bad experience. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to fix a machine for me to play next to my husband, so I played another machine, came back to the repaired video machine then the bartender handed my husband a bill for my drink when we were playing $100 in each machine I thought it was insulting and rude , I should’ve gotten a bill myself and did the Bartender not see everything I was going through just to play Really???it to my husband, super rude. Zero customer service in the Bartender at the Tavern and don’t expect to get any complementary drinks when at the bar here it is left to the discretion of the bartenders which I think is a bad policy. And also, I heard people complaining a lot about their food so I wouldn’t eat here at the tavern either.Choose one of their other restaurants that are higher end. Read less

Check in was quick and easy, though we arrived late at night. Beware if you are sensitive to smells as this hotel like many, pump strong perfume out into the air. Check in was quick and easy, though we arrived late at night. Beware if you are sensitive to smells as this hotel like many, pump strong perfume out into the air. A large hold was placed on my credit card upon check in, something to be prepared for. My kid and I were in a two Queen Better Mountain view room on the 61st floor for 5 days. The room was beautiful and clean, other than the half eaten food that was not cleaned out of the fridge from the previous guests. The pillows, bedding and mattresses were dreamy. Extremely comfortable. All of the lights and drapes were controlled with panels by the door and bed. The bathtub was massive and could probably fit 6 people comfortably. The hotel has excellent water pressure and the enormous tub did not take long to fill at all. Toilet and shower had their own separate stalls which is nice for privacy when you are sharing a room. There were plenty of drawers and an illuminated closet with very cozy bath robes. The ‘pay bar’ fridge was the size of a normal mini fridge but the fridge you could put your own food or drink items in was extremely tiny. For some reason they have included compartments to separate items which takes up even more of the space. Climate control worked well. I do have a complaint about the noise. Almost every night without fail, we were woken up by women fighting in the halls. Also traffic and music at ground level despite being so high up were very loud. I ate at two of the food court places, the burger and the pizza ones. Both were delicious but the pizza really stood out. I frequented the Bon Bon Cafe daily and nightly for their lattes and also their selection of gelato which I would eat in my giant bubble bath! I liked the proximity to the Fireside Restaurant as well as the Walgreens down the road just past the Sahara (go there for drinks and snacks, not the AMPM). I had purchased unlimited passes to the monorail but found it was too much of a hassle to walk to the nearest station and resorted to taking ride share instead. Check out consisted of simply turning my keys in and leaving, however a few days later I had charged on my credit card from the hotel with no folio or explanation as to what they were for, so I do wish I had waited for a receipt. Overall, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. I feel like the hotel had a lot more to offer that I didn’t get a chance to experience. Read less
