The building is on the northern end of the strip; Sahara is close by as is the Fontainebleau but it is far away from most attractions further south. There is no restaurant--just a small cafe with a small general store. The rooms were big: full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. For some reason the Jacuzzi was in the room and not the bathroom--why? The people above us were bathing their kids in the Jacuzzi and it was so noisy; when the finally pulled the drain it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Overall the walls were very thin and it was possible to hear conversations next door, floor below, and floor above. I was not wowed. Read less

Full size kitchen was a big plus to help us save on dining out, especially for breakfast. Phenomenal customer service - immediate and consistent attention if we needed it. Quieter location away from all the casinos on the north strip area. We would stay there again if we ever return to Las Vegas. Only note for improvement - offer firmer pillows. Read less

Stayed here with my daughter and sister to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was excellent value for money and meant that we each had a room each. The suite came equipped with a full size kitchen, and a smaller kitchen in the one bedroom. The rooms were clean, the accommodation was very quiet, the staff that we encountered were friendly. The accommodation is a little distance from the main strip but we did not find this a problem as the bus stop right outside the hotel, we walked on many occasions as we like walking, ubers were also cheap, so did not find the location a problem. The pool area was very nice, although we did not use the pool as there is far too much to do in Vegas, but we did go and look and dip our toe into the very warm water. Would highly recommend Hilton Grand Vacations for value for money. Top tip if you are travelling to Vegas take plenty of money, our last visit was 6 years ago and we prices had shot up. We still had a great stay thanks to our lovely accommodation and hard working staff at Hilton Gran Vacations, thankyou to all the staff. Read less

Maintenance came replaced the cable said it was fixed messed up before he left I told him he left anyway. Called the front desk they said he would return never did. Life fire safety, security lock on the door was not working he said it’s not necessary. I guess he thinks that he want be raped, but rest of us worry about that. Been there done that in the military they didn’t care ether !!!! It looks like you don’t also. I can deal with dirty floor, uncleaned bathtubs, and tv that don’t work but when it comes to my safety and no body else cares it pisses me off!!! Read less

Excellent location, beautifully appointed with an attentive staff. We stayed a week in mid-February 2025 and we had an excellent time. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths. The pool area was very nice and the pool was a very comfortable 85 degrees. I would highly recommend the property.
